We are Nicole and Christian, a patchwork family with 5 children.
We live in Germany, in beautiful Bavaria, in Munich.

We are very happy to welcome you in our beautiful "Villa LUMI-Oleanda" directly at the Port of Cala d' Or.

Rules

House rule

Dear holiday guests!

Our beautiful LUMI domiciles (objects) should be your second home. You should
feel good and be able to rest. We did the setup given a lot of effort and hope that
you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help

Generally

All things that are in the holiday home or on the balcony or terrace or on the
motor yacht, or belonging to it, may and should be used by the guests.

Kitchen
Please handle the kitchen equipment and technical equipment with care. Since a
dirty kitchen does not please anyone, please only put dishes, pots and cutlery in

The microwave in Villa LUMI-Oleanda is integrated in the oven.

Damage
Nobody deliberately damages things, but it can always happen that something breaks.
We would be happy if you report the damage that has occurred and we do not first
report it after your departure at the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damage, in
the amount of replacement costs.

Ventilate
To avoid mold formation, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least
1x daily ventilation for 5-10 min and especially after showering.

Duty of care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and to ensure that that too
Fellow travelers and relatives comply with the rental conditions. The front door is
supposed to be basically be closed and locked with a key when leaving the house.
Likewise, all windows must be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid possible
damage Avoid bad weather or break-in. The resources of water and electricity must
be handled with care.

Disposal
The waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging. Garbage
cans are not on the property but are on the street in the vicinity of the object. Please
only use trash bins and cosmetic bins in the bathrooms with garbage bags and dispose
of them closed in the residual waste bin. In the kitchen sink, the toilets, the wash basin
and the shower, no waste, leftovers, harmful liquids or the like are thrown or poured!
Please avoid anything that can lead to blockages in the pipes (no hygiene articles in the toilet).

Cleaning
Should you ever have a mishap (extreme dirt, liquids on the floor or work surfaces, etc.)
happen, we ask you to remove this immediately. We ask you to sweep the object clean
on departure Leave and put all used dishes back in the cupboards.

Decoration
The introduction and / or attachment of materials for decoration or the like is not permitted
in the holiday properties. The guest is solely responsible for any decoration and / or decoration

Rest periods

Internet / Wi-Fi
A wireless Internet connection (WLAN) is available in our properties. The access code can
be found in the guest app, which we have sent you by email. The use the Internet with your

of charge for you. You use the Internet at your own risk, we (landlord) accept no liability in
connection with the Internet use of the tenant. For the use of the Internet access via WLAN
there are also the WLAN usage rules to be considered.

Smoker
Smoking is not allowed in our properties. Please go outside to smoke.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

Parking
It can usually be parked directly in front of the property, there are further public parking spaces
close. As far as a parking space is made available to you, this does not come Custody contract.
In the event of loss or damage to the property parked the lessor is not liable, except in the case
of intent or gross negligence.

House Rules
If repairs are necessary immediately, it may be imperative that we (or a person commissioned

Key
Please never let go of the keys. Loss of the keys must be reported immediately.
The guest is liable up to the replacement cost.

Liability
The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest.

Arrival and departure
Arrival is by arrangement. On the day of departure, we ask our guests to vacate the property
by 11 a.m. release. When you leave, the object should look as you found it.

When booking the property, we assume that the house rules will be recognized.
